1 General Terms & Conditions

31takabet (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Platform and its members.

By registering on 31takabet or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time, and your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail. However, a full Bengali translation will always be available for the convenience of Bangladeshi users.

• Any disputes will be resolved within 31takabet's jurisdiction.
• While the platform strives to provide uninterrupted service, technical downtime may occasionally occur.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with 31takabet, you must meet the following conditions. 31takabet reserves the right to close any account that does not satisfy the eligibility requirements.

If a single person opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited. If multiple members of the same household operate accounts from the same device or IP address, the 31takabet support team must be notified in advance.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

31takabet supports a variety of payment methods. When making a deposit, please ensure you enter the correct amount and payment reference number.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 (may vary by payment method)
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 1–15 minutes
• Failed deposits will be automatically refunded within 24 hours
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited

31takabet does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are entirely your responsibility. If a suspicious transaction is detected, 31takabet may temporarily suspend the account until an investigation is completed.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The withdrawal process at 31takabet is straightforward and transparent. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the depositor's own account

If additional documents are requested for verification, they must be submitted within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled, and a new request will need to be submitted. If a pattern of suspicious withdrawal activity is detected, 31takabet reserves the right to delay payment pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

31takabet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly communicated before the bonus is accepted.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Reload Bonus: Deposits made on designated days are eligible for additional bonus rewards.
• Cashback: Cashback is awarded at a set rate based on losses over a defined period.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and earn a bonus — both parties must meet the eligibility requirements.

General bonus terms: Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus. Once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time. Any attempt to abuse bonuses for fraudulent purposes will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed at 31takabet are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. The following rules apply to all types of bets:

• The minimum bet amount varies by game and is clearly displayed on each game's page.
• If a technical error causes an abnormal outcome for any bet, 31takabet reserves the right to void that bet.
• If your internet connection drops, the outcome of any active bets will be saved on the server.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.

In live betting, odds may change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are considered final. In the event of any dispute over a bet's outcome, the decision of the support team shall be final.

7 Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's information
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Bonus fraud or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games
• Engaging in money laundering or transactions involving illicit funds
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other members
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Facilitating minors' participation in gaming

8 Account Closure & Suspension

31takabet may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violating any provision of the Terms & Conditions
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information
• If suspicious financial activity is detected
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At the member's own request

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. Accounts inactive for 365 days may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ৳200, unless the balance reaches zero.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• Your information will never be sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.

10 Limitation of Liability

31takabet is not liable for the following:

• Gaming interruptions caused by loss of internet connectivity.
• Transaction delays caused by a third-party payment provider failure.
• Losses resulting from issues with your device or software.
• If you share your account credentials with another person.
• Service disruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions.

31takabet always strives to provide the highest level of service. However, temporary issues may arise due to technical limitations. 31takabet does not accept direct liability for financial losses resulting from such disruptions.

11 Changes & Updates to Terms

31takabet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance by email or SMS for any significant changes.

• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any changes come into effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
• Minor changes (such as spelling corrections) may be made without prior notice.
